Mindfulness vs. Burnout

Burnout has recently been recognized by the World Health Organization as physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged exposure to stressful situations.

Program Structure

program  “Mindfulness vs. Burnout”  uses the principles of nutrition, hormonal balance, emotional intelligence and meditative practices to prevent burnout, helping participants to rebalance and regain the joy of living. The program is designed to create healthy routines and practices  they restore physical, mental and emotional energy.

5 modules x 4 hours / module

Total 20 hours.

The program is delivered by the Mindful Leadership Institute , represented by a multidisciplinary group of trainers and specialized consultants.  in the following areas:  

  1.    Mindfulness (Stefan Teodorescu)

  2.    Nutrition and Hormonal Balance (Cosmina Grigore) and

  3.    Psychotherapy (Andreea Daniela Golita)
