Why attend this seminar?

The world we live in is putting us to the test. We have more and more responsibilities, plans, directions of action. We are always on the move and often end up without energy at the end of the day. Sleep is left waiting, thoughts do not give us peace, worries gather.

It is time to remember that health, balance and joy come only from within. We are responsible for our own energy, for our own soul. He needs us: to connect with him, to listen to what he tells us, to help him help us. Day by day, as much as we can.

In the Soul Gym seminar we will explore topics and techniques to help you better understand yourself and start acting to improve your inner state. And if you want to know more, we will invite you to join the weekly practice group that will begin "training" in November 2021.

Stefan Teodorescu is certified as a Mindfulness Trainer and Personal Development Advisor. Stefan is also a Reiki master and coordinates the Soul Gym meditative practice group.

 

Stefan is a co-founder of the Mindfulnester initiative, which aims to bring more balance and more joy to the lives of professionally active people. He teaches and conducts wellbeing and mindfulness programs both in the corporate environment and in private life.

 

As a trainer, Stefan has a very warm, interactive and well-structured style. Expect to smile a lot, but also to receive tools that you can then apply yourself.

Who is it for?

Professionally active people, who lead a hectic life and who feel the effects of fatigue and stress. They are healthy, but they are aware that something in their lives should be improved. He realizes that change should come from within, not through pills and aggressive treatments.
