1. PAY THE VALUE OF THE VOUCHER:
You can purchase the gift voucher in electronic format, making the payment by bank transfer, in the following account:

2. CUSTOMIZE THE VOUCHER :
Send us an e-mail with the proof of payment (by e-mail to contact@lotuspremiumspa.com), and if you want to personalize the voucher, leave us the message you want to include on the voucher.
3. SEND INVOICE DATA :
As we are required to issue a tax invoice, please send us your personal code number or postal address.
4. RECEIVE THE ORDERED VOUCHER: During the same day, we will send you the ordered voucher by e-mail.
Regulation for the Use of Gift Vouchers

Immediately after making the payment you will receive an e-mail, at the address communicated in the order, from which you can download the gift voucher purchased

Gift vouchers purchased online are sent in electronic format, without being able to be personalized.

The performance of the services included in the gift vouchers can be done only based on the prior appointment made at the reception of our Spa.

The validity of the vouchers is 6 months from the moment of purchase, and the expired or lost vouchers can no longer be used.

It will not be possible to pay the cash value of the vouchers.

In the case of vouchers containing predefined service packages, they can be modified only after a discussion and prior confirmation made by our reception and with the payment of additional value, in case of exchange of services with more expensive ones. If the price of the requested services exceeds the value of the voucher, the beneficiary pays at the reception the price difference, on the day of the visit.

The voucher can be used either in a single visit to Lotus Spa, or in several visits, until the exhaustion of the existing services or the total amount until the expiration date mentioned.

If the value of the service is less than the value of the voucher, it is returned to the customer for later use according to the validity of the voucher.

In case of non-appearance at the appointment or in case of cancellation of the appointment with less than 24 hours in advance, the scheduled service will be considered realised.
